So you have your new website with us and not sure what to do to get it live. Depending on what kind of setup you have there are two ways this can be done. Please read carefully below as only one of these will refer to you.
1. Nameserver Change (Email accounts hosted with RedKnight)
If you have decided to host your emails with us, you will need to do a Nameserver change. You should have gotten the nameserver settings when you setup your billing information in the system. If you did not receive this, then please contact support in order to get that information.
2. Arecord Change (Emails NOT hosted with RedKnight)
If you are hosting your emails elsewhere, then all you will have to do is a Arecord change. You should have gotten the IP address when you setup your
billing information in the system. If you did not receive this, then
please contact support in order to get that information.
Note that your domain registrar will provide you with more information about how to make these changes. Since we do not know the settings and how all domain registrars are setup we can't provide information about each of them.
